Full Members are those businesses, which offer as their primary business service instruction in ESL/FSL and who have been in operation for 3 years or more. Full Members must uphold the Standards and Code of Ethics of the Organization, and will have to successfully complete the CAPLS Quality Standards Accreditation Inspection Process, which is valid for 3 years. Full Members have voting rights and will be listed on the CAPLS website and any guides/listings produced.
